I just finished this book and wanted to recommend it. There's no pug in the book but it's such a great read for anyone that's dog crazy. It is a really interesting look inside an animal hospital and the lengths vets and owners go to help their pets. There's a video about it here (although there's no pug in the video either!)

i bought this book last week. i haven't started it. i have exams this week so i haven't been able to start it. i read a review i think in one of the dog magazines.

Ooh, I never head of Puppy Chow is Better then Prozac, I'll have to look for it. I'm always looking for good dog books, preferably about pugs. One of my favorites was Clara: The Story of the Pug Who Ruled my Life by Margo Kaufman. I'm always looking for more recommendations!

puppy chow isn't about a pug, but i heard the book is supposed to be good, so that's why i bought it. i want to read clara, but can't find it. on barns and nobel, they don't have a new copy.

Clara the pug is out of print (it was published quite awhile ago) but I bought a used copy. I just wanted to read it - and it was so good!

i'll have to look for it maybe on ebay. i just got the tao pug books too. they are cute.
