Did any one of your Pugs get sick after the meet-up Saturday? Bruster had diarrhea on Sunday and then he started coughing on Monday. His cough got so bad, We took him to the vet yesterday. She said he has a cold and sore throat. It is not the dog flu or that upper respiratory disease. Good news! But you know I am concerned. This is the 3rd time one of mine has gotten sick after Pugs in the Park. (not a good way to promote our meet-up). Has anyone else had the same problem? I am puzzled why since mine are the least ones to interact. I guess I want to say please, please do not bring your baby if he or she is sick to the meet-up. I would like to have some feedback. Sorry to hear about Bruster. Hope he is feeling better. My six are all fine. Miss Piggy is also doing the same. You would think she would have gotten sick first since she has the lung tumor but she is eating well also. I wonder where he got it from? I know 2 yrs ago mine got sick out of the blue and one would get it and after 4 days of staying at the Vet and getting fed intravenously they would come home and the next would get it and then they would go for four days. The only one that never caught it was Miss Piggy. After almost $2000. in Vet bills I never want to see that disease again. They even sent cultures to the college at knoxville and could never find out what it was. ....Nancy

I actually couldn't attend because mine was already sick and i didn't want to get anyone else's baby sick. I'm sorry to hear about yours.. thankfully, mine has gotten over it.

Hi Everyone:

Wanted to let everyone know our sweet Miss Piggy died this morning. The Vet said she had lived way longer then she should have. Her heart just stopped and we are thankful she went quickly. We are so devastated but are comforted that she is now at Rainbow Bridge with Teddy with fours legs and running and feeling wonderful. Everyone hug your pugs extra tight tonight.....Nancy and Brian
