How about what your going to run into when you bring the puppy home. Chewing, potty training, shots, how safe are they in public before they have all their shots? How to keep them from biting people? Chewing on power cords? I know dont take your eyes off them.confused

Humane Society expands animal fighting tip line to Florida
HSUS has a $5,000 reward program to combat animal fighting in Florida.

http://www.bizjournal...

Norred & Associates Inc., a corporate security firm based in Atlanta, co-manages the tip line —
(877) TIP-HSUS or (877) 847-4787 — with HSUS.

After tips are confirmed, investigators collaborate with law enforcement agencies to inspect, arrest and prosecute individuals involved in animal fighting. If a tip leads to arrest and prosecution, callers may be eligible for a reward of up to $5,000 from the HSUS.

Foot Soak for Foot Infections

This is an excellent remedy for dogs constantly chewing on their feet because of allergies or yeast and bacterial infections common during wet weather or for dogs living in damp climates.

· 8 oz Aloe Vera Juice
· 4 oz Witch Hazel
· 3 teaspoons of Turmeric powder
(Beware that turmeric can stain the fur and possibly your floors, so you want to make sure you dry the feet well or put cotton socks on). Turmeric has antifungal, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties. It is safe to lick.

Put all the ingredients into a blender on high for about 12 minutes…and Viola!

If a foot is infected, first wash it with a combination of 1 part Aloe Vera Juice + 1 part of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide.
