Hey Pug Owners,

We have recently received a slew of complaints from users regarding recent activity on this message board. From experience, we know the appropriate response is zero tolerance.

Any violation of the Meetup Terms of Service will result in immediate account termination. If you are unfamiliar with our Terms, please read them here:

Meetup's Terms of Service

I direct your attention to the following section:

"4.2 Grounds for Removal, Sanction and/or Suspension. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the following types of actions are cause for immediate repeal and/or suspension of your account:...

(b) Posting any Public Information or other material:...

(vi) that is inappropriate, posted in bad faith, or contrary to the spirit of any Meetup Group;...

(d) Refusing to follow Meetup staff instruction or direction;...

Meetup reserves the right to remove any post or other material without warning or further notice."

Whether it's a single post or an entire thread, taken in or out of context, if someone violates our Terms of Service, their account will be terminated and all of their posts permanently deleted.

If you don't want your accounts terminated, don't violate our TOS.

In layman's terms, any fighting or insulting will not be tolerated.

If you see something inappropriate, don't respond to it. Ignore it. Click the RIP link on the post, and Meetup will evaluate it.

Please understand, it's not Meetup's place to arbitrate interpersonal conflicts. It *is* Meetup's place to make sure the atmosphere of our message boards stay safe, comfortable, and inviting. Nine times out of ten, arguments are none of those. If you want to have an argument with someone, that is your prerogative. Just don't do it on the Meetup site. If you do, your account will be terminated.
